Accessing Our Site

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. If you are an individual residing in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are an individual residing in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. Breach of these Terms

When We consider that a breach of these T&Cs has occurred, we may take such action as We deem appropriate. 

Failure to comply with these T&Cs constitutes a material breach upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
  • Issue of a warning to you.
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  • Further legal action against you.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these T&Cs. The actions We may take are not limited to those described above, and We may take any other action We reasonably deem appropriate.

Network Rail Infrastructure Limited Group name and logo are UK registered trade marks of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under the ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ clause.

Other trade marks displayed on this website are owned by: The Department for Transport; Northern Railway; and TransPennine Express. You are not permitted to use these trade marks without the express approval of these third parties. Please refer to the owner’s own terms and conditions.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. If you continue to use our site following a change to these terms, you will be treated as having accepted any such revision.
